Hi, I'm Sunny, and I'm Arash.

We didn't start Valencea because we wanted to build another NDIS provider.

We started it because we believe something simple can change a person's life: genuine human connection.

Over the years, we've learned that the biggest challenges people face are not always physical. Sometimes they're loneliness, feeling unheard, losing confidence, or believing that no one truly understands them.

We've seen how a smile, a kind conversation, a helping hand, or simply having someone who genuinely cares can restore hope. We believe that compassion has the power to remove barriers that no equipment or technology ever could.

That's why Valencea was created.

Our mission is not just to provide support services. Our mission is to walk beside people as they build confidence, independence, meaningful relationships, and a life they are proud of.

We love working as a team because we know that great care is never the work of one person. It comes from people who share the same heart, the same purpose, and the same commitment to making every day a little brighter.

To us, every participant is more than a client.

They become part of our extended family.
